Jazz Guitar Lick

Ok I have to admit I haven't really analyzed this jazz guitar lick in terms of music theory. It just kinda popped into my head and I thought it was cool. Without figuring it out I'd guess it is a diminished lick. Give it a shot over Bb and see what you think.
