Jazz Guitar Lick Bebop Dominant Scale - Beginner

Today's guitar lick uses the Bebop Dominant scale over a C Dominant seventh chord. The Bebop dominant scale contains all the notes of the C Major scale and also a flat seventh in this case Bb. As with the Bebop Major scale this scale is intended to be played in a descending order with chord tones accented on the down stroke. I'm very much a novice jazz player so to really develop in this area I recommend checking out the great bebop players especially the horn players.
