Descending Lick in A Major

Our guitar lick for Sunday looks at a descending pattern on the high E string that uses the notes from the A Major scale. This exercise will help you learn the major scale, sounds pretty cool ( I think), makes a great alternate picking exercise and helps for learning other open string riffs like thunderstruck etc.

The notes of the A Major Scale are: A,B,C#,D,E,F#,G#,A
Note the guitar in the video example is tuned down a half step. Each section in the video is broken down so you can learn it and more easily follow along with the tab.Any questions/comments just ask.
